He did not try to upsell at all, just clearly outlined what needed to be done to fix the problem and the solution options available to do so. He and his crew were on time, on budget (the number above includes taxes), with no surprises and have excellent workmanship. Mario went above and beyond to satisfy a difficult tenant situation which was truly appreciated. He and his crew were accomodating, and put safety first- ensuring the deep holes were filled in before leaving the site due to neighbourhood kids. He offers a 25 year warranty on his work, and for that and the above reasons, I would highly recommend Mario and his team to get the job done.
