Can Do Fence & Deck

Update Oct 12: Alon contacted me and assured me they would respect the contract warranty. A few days after, contractors showed up and fixed the gate to my expectations. They deserve a 10 for the service I received after Alon got involved, However, I have to take into consideration the poor service they provided before that, so I'm going with a 8.

I had fence and gate completed by Can Do last summer, with a 5 year workmanship warranty. End of August the gate has sagged and screws came off, also the wood beam attached to the side of the house has partially detached. I have been calling them for a month now, at some point I got a call back from customer service (Fran ) who asked me to send pictures. I did so, but then never heard anything back. The last two weeks, I have been calling them every other day, nobody answers, left messages, nobody calls back. In the meanwhile, the gate fell down completely. Now, I have to go to another contractor and pay money which should be covered under this company's warranty.
