Ecoline Windows

We had Ecoline provided us with an estimate to replace all 19 windows in our house. Our front window had a stained glass overlay on it. The Stained glass overlay is very important to us.
We designed it and had it custom made We asked the Ecoline estimator if Ecoline will re-install the overlay once the new window was in place. The answer was
"no problem, we do this all the time". New window was made smaller than the original window size by 0.5 inches. Overlay will not fit on the new window. We signed the contract based on estimator's words that overlay will be re-installed, it was valuable to us.
Estimator now denies saying "no problem". He now says it was not written in contract. Case is now in
court. Unbelieveable...Ecoline will not honour what they agreed to do. A long discussion in person and on the phone with whom I was led to believe was the most senior person in Ecoline. Luckily I held back $3700 pending resolution to this issue. I have all intentions of paying the balance owing to ecoline. However, they will either need to make a new window or replace my stain glass overlay with a new smaller one that will fit on the window and install it over the new front window.
The low rating I gave to Ecoline is due to Ecoline not backing
up what they said they would do. The produce seems good. Lesson learned is ...get every detail down on paper and save problems later.

The product consultant was professional and went through the entire house to explain features/benefits and give us the best product for our home. The installation crew was took a good care of our house, and cleaned up after the work was complete.

The installation was done on time and in an efficient manner. The quality of workmanship was of high standards and upon completion of the work the house was clean. We would recommend Ecoline Windows.

Very satisfied with the installation and the quality of the windows. Not at all satisfied with communication and timelines.Signed contract and gave deposit for installation in early October, they came late Oct. crew was great windows were good except main picture window was damaged. Estimated time to get window sent back and repaired at factory was two weeks. At 4 weeks started calling them, finally at 6 weeks got a date for installation, told them I would postpone Christmas vacation and to make sure all was ready. was told the only thing that would delay this was the weather.
9am rolls around, no crew, phone call at 9:30, the wrong part was sent can't install window till January. So what happened to sending the window back to factory? Have I been fed a line. Now waiting for supervisor to phone me back. Final window installed Jan 24

We are very satisfied with the product and the service. The installers were on time, clean, installed with care, they took their time and were not in a rush. I was very impressed. I would recommend Ecoline Windows to friends and family.

Professional service provided enough information for me to make an informed decision without overwhelming me. Ecoline followed up on the work being done which was appreciated. The installers were punctual, put in the required time to complete the job without rushing and cutting corners. The workmanship was topnotch. I had an issue with the work to be done and all I needed to do was call the sales rep and I had no problems with resolving it.

I had a large bay window replaced in early Nov by Ecoline Windows. About a $4500 project. The installers did a great job from start to finish. The old bay window was removed and all rotten framing replaced and rebuilt. The new window was installed the next day. New siding, trim, flashing, sofits, had to be installed around the new window. This was done perfectly. Installation quality and attention to detail was remarkable. The whole project took just under two days as expected. All garbage was removed and house left clean. Their office also followed up with me a day or so later to see if everything was good with the installation. Overall i am very satisfied and will be replacing other windows with this contractor in the future. (I have another bay window rotting away.) Would recommended these guys to others without any hesitation!
