This is the 2nd time using Danny/HomeTeck for interior renovations. The first was Feb 2019. Danny and his son ripped out my old carpet/flooring and laid new engineered wood through the entire downstairs. and upstairs hallway. Dan's transitions into the tile bathrooms and other bedrooms are nothing short of outstanding. He built new stairs, stained baseboards to match the flooring etc. He's honest, works hard and I had no worries having him access the house while I was away.

This year, he replaced the old tile floor in the guest bathroom, rerouted the plumbing for a cleaner look, patched, painted and added new trim. As always, the work is exemplary and precise. I absolutely think Dan is the BEST.

Excellent quality repair of front patio doors to eliminate leak from weather. Also removed interior door and closed up the wall... can no longer determine where the door was due to excellent work. Highly recommend.

Repair and replacement of rotted out wood joists, old aluminum siding and roof support columns was required to ensure that the flat roof and columns would be ready for winter weather and snow loading. In addition to the professional carpentry, painting and aluminum siding work that was required, Danny also installed electrical wiring in the roof system and switches/timer in the garage for heating and preventing freezing on the roof and in the downspouts. He started the job and worked each day from morning to evening until it was completed. The work area was cleaned up and left tidy at the end of each day. I am very satisfied with the service and job and the improved look and curb appeal of my home. If you need any type of quality home renovation work done, you should definitely give Danny a call.
