Right from the initial quote, we could tell Rick approached his job very seriously. A few other companies provided quotes on-the-spot, but would not specify exactly what window we were getting. The price was about middle-of-the-road, but we could look up the specs of the window and compare against others (as opposed to the companies who never would give a firm answer as to what window model I might end up getting). The installation was also top-notch and a follow-up phone call a few days later topped off the fun.

- What could this company do to improve their services?
- Streamline the quote and contract process. I appreciate the professionalism put into the quote, but I felt I was always waiting for a reply for the next step to get the windows ordered.
- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- I would suggest getting a quote from both this company, and one other that provided the formal quote, then compare the efficiency of the window models being offered (and the price).
