Robert answered the phone late on a Friday night, and setup my appointment for the following Monday. He was very eager to help, and arrived to pickup our samples for asbestos testing and had everything wrapped up within 48 hours. He was very knowledgeable, and offered some great advice for dealing with our renovation.
I would recommend Robert and Templar to anyone who needs a very quick turnaround on asbestos testing, and an honest approach to customer service.
We were extremely fortunate that our asbestos test came back negative, and I can't begin to tell you how great it was to have someone like Robert assure us that our floor was asbestos-free and that we were ready to start our basement renovation safely.
