Installer left pee on my toilet seat and broke the latch on my window

DO NOT GET YOUR CARPET INSTALLED BY THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND DAMAGE YOUR PROPERTY; THEN THEY DISAPPEAR!

Looks like they've changed their company name to The Floorians, but they used to be called Maple Carpet Care. Haneef was the person who handled the installation of my carpet. The installation happened in an apartment building in downtown Toronto and I actually dealt directly with the owner of the company. The owner was very friendly over the phone and agreed to come on short notice (a couple days - he insisted I include in the review that he was installing the carpet on super short notice) to remove old carpeting and install new carpeting. Over the phone, he asked me if they could use my personal vacuum to clean the floor (after the old carpeting was removed but before the new carpeting was put down) because "our vacuum cleaner is heavy and it is difficult to carry it up to an apartment." I informed him that we had elevators, but he insisted that he use mine. Cleaning the gunk out of my vacuum after the installation was gross, and now that I think about it, it was pretty unprofessional for them not to bring their own vacuum. During installation, I was at home, but was working on my laptop. The owner basically held me hostage in conversation during the entire time the installer was installing the carpeting. He sat down at my dining table and chatted to me the entire time; it was very annoying. Over the phone, he said he would come along to "supervise the installation himself". He did zero supervising, except for when there was a loud bang in the room the carpet was being installed in. Then, the owner went in and asked if everything was okay, and the installer said everything was fine. The installer asked to use my washroom after the installation was over, I was kind of confused because the installation took around 30 minutes, but I agreed to let him use my washroom. After they left, I noticed he had peed on my toilet seat and failed to wipe it off, it was disgusting! Furthermore, after they left, I realized they had damaged my window (which was what the loud bang noise was)! I promptly sent a text message to the owner informing him that the installer had damaged my window, along with a photo of the damage. He never texted me back and evaded all of my calls about the damage despite me leaving repeated voicemails.
