Dear Marcin and Maciej, We're grateful for all your organization and work in getting our roof installed at our home in November, 2013. Mazvydas and his team arrived on time wearing their uniforms and safety gear. They were polite, professional, organized, and completed our installation with a thorough cleanup and with hot chocolate smiles and apples. I had met with seven roofing companies and chose M&R Roofing. Although M&R is a relatively young and growing company compared to others of twenty years plus, their portfolio reflects the expertise and experience of high craftsmanship, aesthetics and detailed finishes that makes a beautiful roof. I was excited to see the "step" metal detail on the chimney and veranda roof. From start to finish, I was impressed with M&R's exceptional customer service, honesty and integrity. Maciej went up on the roof to assess it. Only the last three companies I had met went up. Although Maciej was here on a dry, sunny, summer day, he recognized that there had been an overflow in the eavestrough and a need for brackets. He noticed the drip edge was not nailed in and took part of it out to show me. I was surprised that it was still there. I appreciated his knowledge, care and time he took in showing me the details of M&R's quality work. The emails, telephone calls, a clear and detailed estimate, workorder and answers to my questions and concerns made it easy to work with you. It's exciting to see M&R Roofing take the initiative in raising the bar in the roofing industry. By providing their employees with the necessary industry skills training and certifications, enables each of them to develop their unique expertise and to be of quality service to their community.
