Our roof is 6 years old and started leaking after a rain storm this week. Water was pouring through the pot lights of our 6 year old house. I called M&R on a recommendation from a friend and they came out the same day. Turns out we have the cheapest roof tiles on our roof money can buy - another new build done on the cheap. A large corner of the large tile on the flat part of our roof had blown off in the wind earlier this week and the bare plywood beneath was totally exposed to the elements. The flat roof tile had not been attached or finished off properly. They also noticed two vents on our roof had not been properly finished around. Two were completed properly and two were not. They said they would fix this problem too. They sent a team to do all the work less than 24 hours later and, more importantly, before it rained again which saved us from having to do drywall and electrical repair and painting. They were prompt, knowledgeable, courteous, reasonably priced (came in on quote) and a pleasure to deal with. When our cheap roof tiles all need to be replaced in a few years we will definitely be calling them to do a proper job replacing them and providing us with shingles that I am confident will have a much longer life. Pride in workmanship seems to be rare these days and this company is a rare find that does excellent work that you can count on. I strongly recommend them.
