M&R Roofing

M&R Roofing did a wonderful job with my roof replacement, including 4 new skylights. The owner and crew are extremely professional and friendly. They provide a detailed quote including pictures and follow up after the completion of the job with an on-site inspection. The job was completed in a timely manner and I was highly impressed with the clean up after the job was done. I highly recommend M&R!

After doing a fair bit of research and meeting with other roofing companies (some of which never bothered to go on the roof!), I decided on M&R Roofing and was not disappointed with the decision. They are professional, responsive, reasonably priced and answered all my questions. The estimate for the job was detailed and they didn’t try to up sell me anything that wasn’t necessary. The crew that completed the work was fast and efficient and the results look great. I would recommend M&R Roofing.

M&R roofing are an extremely professional outfit. They replaced my roof quickly and efficiently without any damage to the landscaping and eliciting complements from our neighbors! The work crew was very customer oriented and more than willing to make minor adjustments upon request. I would definitely use M&R again.

They did a nice job on my roof. It wasn't the cheapest but they seem to have done a professional job. I was impressed by the well organized inspection, quote, and work order process where they send you detailed information -- Marcin & Maciej have their act together. They didn't try to do any pushy upselling. Their work crew is their own and not subcontracted. Those guys weren't the most communicative (so I had to stay on top of things a little), but they did the job, and cleaned the property up very well at the end. Overall I'm pleased I went with M&R.

M&R are very professional, incredibly helpful, and reasonably priced. They answered all my questions, provided exhaustive detail about the job, and followed up on everything. They are a pleasure to deal with.

M & R Roofing came highly recommended and they didn’t disappoint. They re-shingled our 5,000 sq. ft. home with high quality cedar shakes and replaced all the eaves and downspouts. M&R performed in a totally professional manner from initial contact by phone, providing an estimate (w. photos), explaining work to be done and products to be used, up to and including installation. As a result of extremely high temperatures, some shingles were damaged during installation. When I advised M&R (providing photos), their response was to have the damaged shingles replaced within two days. I would highly recommend M&R Roofing. I also appreciated they did their best to respect my garden and clean up afterwards.

Things I really liked about M&R: 1. Someone always answers the phone or gets back to you promptly. 2. They really know their stuff - no passing you on to someone else to answer technical questions. 3. They replace old flashings and vents instead of just putting the old ones back on. They were not the cheapest (nor were they the most expensive), but they did a great job. Also, the crew were very nice. It's true we have a small house, but there were done in one day.

I live in a very narrow 130 year old semi downtown which desperately needed a new roof. The job (including the wires etc) scared away many of the big companies and the one even agreed to do the job, showed up, got up there and then packed up and went home. They found, and were terrified by, seven layers of shingles including the original slate. Cue M&R - they quickly quoted for the job (about the same as than the other companies who were unable to do the work) and a few days later we had a new roof. Their crew were great and very respectful not just of us but the neighbours. Removing slate is messy but you would never have known that had been done, the house and the neihbours' properties were spotless. Very impressed and will use again.
