M&R Roofing

I only contacted companies that were rated highly on Homestars and even of that select group, M& R roofing was the most professional, courteous, punctual, and knowledgeable. Unlike other quotes, theirs was detailed, on time and very clear. (Some companies were 45 minutes late in meeting me and then never followed through with information.) Customer service from M&R on the other hand was excellent. The roof looks great-- it was started on time, completed on time, and the crew was professional and hard working. If the roof didn't come with a lifetime guarantee - I'd for sure use these guys again! You should too!

I contacted over 10 companies – from small local companies to the biggest firms in Toronto. Our project included stripping 3 layers on the slopped roof and a re-roofing a flat roof with all new flashing and some eave replacements. I was very cautious about who we wanted to work with thus why I contacted so many companies. M&R were great from the beginning and the crew of guys that did the work were extremely professional and ensured the job site was clean each and every day - almost like they weren’t even there. No deposit was required and a fair price – not the cheapest but definitely not the most expensive. We are extremely satisfied and would recommend them to friends and family.

I live in a 120+ year Victorian house in Cabbagetown. I recently rebuilt my brick work (Hunt Heritage Masonry ) at the front of the house and wanted to ensure my roof would be aesthetically attractive and match the exceptional quality of the masonry. M&R Roofing had done most of the houses on my street (and neighborhood) and it was a natural fit to get them to do my roof as well. With Maciej's guidance, I agreed upon black slate with a scalloped pattern, and copper dormer, flashing and gutters. Slate and copper are speciality materials, and M&R has exceptionally trained staff with the experience and skills to cut and install the slate, and custom build copper work on site. M&R's crew was extremely professional, courteous and meticulous. Very diligent and great cleanup after the work was completed. Strongly recommend M&R Roofing to others who need roofing, sheet metal and gutter work.

We chose M&R to replace our shingles in April 2013. We arranged for several quotes. M&R was neither the cheapest nor the most expensive. Since commencing with M&R in 2008, they have replaced all shingle roofs as well as 15 of 21 flat roofs in our townhouse complex. Work has been of very good quality and pricing is competitive.

It was the most professional company that I have dealt with. The staff was courteous, knowledgable and efficient as the installation took only 3 hours. The finished product is immaculate and the supervisors were very flexible with the hours of operation.
