Our dryer started to squeak when clothes were in the dryer. Looked up this repair guy, Rhee. Who came almost immediately. Diagnosed the issue, picked up and returned with parts. Fixed the same day! Very happy with his service. Highly recommend.

Our dishwasher stopped working on us. Called another company they took a few days to come, a few days to get the part (a hose that was $50) and then they said they got the wrong part. I gave up on them and called Apex.
They came the same day and let us know that the $50 hose from the other company was only $12 but that there was another issue that is would end up costing $300. He recommend just getting a new dishwasher. I was really pleased with the honesty. If we have other issues with something else in the future I will definitely be calling them.

Ree has come out on a few occasions to service both our stove and dryer. The first time was due to a fire and the second time to do general cleaning/maintenance on the stove and dryer. Excellent service. He is very thorough and even gives tips on ways to maintain your appliances. Very happy. I recommend him to all of my friends!

Ree originally came to look at broken dishwasher he did take it apart and recommended it be replaced. He returned to remove the old applaince and returned again to stall the new one. He was polite and competent did clean work and was a pleasant to deal with. Would certainly call him again and thought the price was great.

That rather sums up Ree, who owns and operates the business. I met him at a BNI meeting, he had done work for 12 of the people at the meeting who all recommended him highly.

We had just moved in to a new house and the washer and dryer were old, and needed some repair. I phoned him up, he asked for make and model along with some details. When told he said do not throw those out, let me look they are rock solid machines. He came over, gave us a quote, fixed them on the spot, and even balanced the dryer and washer properly (who knew, you could do that even) and they have worked like a charm for the last year and a half! The dryer although older than our last one, is more energy efficient and actually dries the cloths on the light setting.

Overall Rating and communication was 10/10
this was the second job that he did for me. The other was fixing one of my HWE machines, right up his alley for if he can fix a dishwasher mounted in a cabinet, it is easy to fix a HWE portable machine with lots of room.

I have recommended him several times now, and all the people say thank you for recommending him, as he does such good work.
