We had a variety of issues with the outside of our house. MyHaven evaluated them and provided us with options. We are extremely satisfied with the work they did. They were thorough, never compromising in the quality of workmanship, while still finding ways to decrease costs. The project took slightly longer than expected, however we didn't mind as care was taken to leave work spaces tidy and everyone was always friendly and a pleasure to have around.

Since asking them to bid on my renovation, I've had only positive experiences with MyHaven Homes. Paul and Jeff have been extremely helpful in making this bidding process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Their quotes are fair, workmanship (they took me to see several of their past projects) is stellar, and they are honest about what they could deliver. And prior to signing a contract, they provided a detailed breakdown of costs and description of work. This assured me that their estimates were as accurate as possible, leaving little room to misinterpret what's included in the scope of work. Paul and Jeff of MyHaven Homes Ltd. went to great lengths to put my mother's mind at ease. Paul systematically explained each stage of the construction and reviewed each requirement in advance of its commencement. I was impressed how easy the whole job progressed to completion and so was my mother...it went a lot smoother than she thought possible.
The job was completed on schedule and there was no variance from the budget...no "hidden cost" or "extras". Overall, we couldn't have asked for better.

When I bought my first condominium unit, I needed some renovations done. I relied on a referral from someone who I trusted.

I contacted the firm MYHaven Homes. Jeff Anttila was the project manager and Paul Caverly, MyHaven Homes Ltd, oversaw the project. A costing estimate was done. There was no front loading of work costs. Payments were onoing as work was achieved.
A lot of work was performed – including enlarged cupboards, and floor to ceiling windows in living room with access to balcony.

I was constantly appraised of where they were in the schedule, any problems encountered etc. There were no problems, but they were available. I met nice, honest, craftsmen who I would not hesitate to employ in the future.

Since then, as I am moving in, every tradesman has expressed his admiration for this condo. Truly! as “the nicest condo they have seen”

We've been working with My Haven since September '09. We cannot recommend this company highly enough. They are professional, courteous, high quality workmanship, and great communication. On days when no work was going on, they would let us know, so there was no frustration. We have been living in the bottom part of the house while renos have been going on, and the workers have been very respectful of that fact. In subcontracting out the trades, they got excellent plumbers, and got many quotes on duct work to try to stay within our budget. Were quite flexible with our timeline, and budget.
