Vanguard Caulking

Thank you Rimas for a job well done.
On November 17 all exterior caulk on our home was removed and replaced with high quality caulk that can't be bought in regular retail stores. The bead was laid thick and smooth as Rimas expertly handled his caulk gun. This was a two man job were one man cut and removed the old caulk and Rimas doing the caulking, which had the job totally completed between 7:15AM and 12:30PM. After the job was completed including site clean up Rimas took me on a walk about on all doors, windows and window capping explaining what was done and answering my questions. There were at least three colours of caulk used to match the house.
I received two quotes from Rimas, the first one was based on the number of doors and windows I had over the phone, the second quote was made once I had send Rimas photos of our house, the price was adjusted by $200 because of the extra work required for all the window capping. This was explained to me by telephone before an appointment was made to complete the job. I feel I received and paid for a quality job well done by a pro.

I organized a group buy with a few of my neighbours. Vanguard Caulking was very responsive, prompt and extremely professional. We were all very pleased with the quality and workmanship. We all definitely recommend Vanguard Caulking.

I called this company to get a price and I was told right away what it would cost and that they were available within 2 days to get it done. Peter called me the same afternoon to let me know he'd be over the next day to get started. Peter came to the home, very professional and took his time explaining what would be done and together matched the colour as best we could. Due to weather we had to put it off a few days but Peter always kept me informed and always kept in touch letting me know when he would come. Finally after a couple days we had no more rain and the job was done in a couple hours. Would highly recommend this company again and would use them again if needed in future. Work was very neat and he cleaned up after leaving no mess behind.

Removed old caulking, insulated and filled gaps, and finished caulking all windows, doors and brick joints where required. By far the best job I have ever seen. Easy to talk to, honest , fair and reliable. He does what he promises. I will recommend him to all friends and family.

I'm so glad I went with Vanguard. They did an amazing job and their attention to detail was great. They even patched areas where I would have never have thought of.
