After removing our oven door to clean it, we could not get it back on despite much effort - not really an appliance repair but appliance related so we needed help from someone with appliance experience. We called Cascade due to the good rating on Home Stars, feeling pretty frustrated, and somewhat embarrassed at not being able to figure it out. Steves' wife was very friendly, understanding (didn't make us feel at all foolish in our situation) and said Steve could come in a couple days. Thank goodness for BBQs and microwaves - meant we could wait the 2 days no problem. Steve came at the scheduled time, got the door back on in a few minutes and didn't make us feel at all inept for not being able to get it on ourselves. He explained what we needed to do for this not to happen again - thanks Steve for your quick and courteous service and very reasonable charge (and we have taken the door off & gotten it back on).
