Shane initially came to confirm what I thought was probably wrong with the furnace. Unfortunately, the price of the parts have also skyrocketed for furnace repairs.
Matt, who has been with Caliber Heating 18 years, was one of the guys who initially installed the furnace many years ago. He came the next day with the part and fixed the furance in no time at all!

Based upon numerous positive customer comments I contacted the folks at Caliber Heating and after a consultation opted to replace the old existing system with a new Bryant unit. The crew showed up the very next day and installed the new furnace and a/c unit. They were very professional, quiet and on hand to answer all questions and concerns. The Bryant unit is quiet, efficient and the installation flawless plus very affordable. I am now happy and living in cozy home. Without hesitation or reservation I would recommend this service without question.

Shane came to fix our furnace a few years back and was super honest about what needed to be fixed and what didn't need to be replaced at the time. So when it came time to get it replaced, I went back to Caliber for the work. Again, very honest talk about choices and didn't push what we didn't need. Very happy with product and work. Another company claimed it would cost me $1200 to fix a Bryant Furnace (on top of the $320 rebate they would get from Bryant).
Caliber, however, did this repair for $360!
Moreover, they did it very quickly. They also did NOT charge for an initial visit, to confirm the problem...

They were also very pleasant to deal with.

I had a repair company in four times and they charged us $1500 for a bunch of parts and labour that did nothing for our furnace. We called Caliber Heating hoping that they could solve our problem. They sent a tech out who was able to diagnose the problem right away, get the part from the supplier and repair the issue in two hours or less all for a reasonable price. Great service!

Came in to look at the furnace with a weird noise. Service was fabulous, knowledge and very honest. His name was Shane. Didn't try to up sell at all. Will be using them when we need to replace the furnace.

Shane, the excellent tech and I discussed how a dirty furnace filter, in combination with the original install: where the furnace gas flow-rate hadn't been de-rated for this elevation. So he reduced the natural gas rate going into the furnace and bumped up the RPM on the blower fan.
We discussed many different options to reduce allergens; as well as, more home owner cost saving options. I highly recommend Caliber for their valuable services.

WE had purchased a new air conditioner and furnace used Caliber heating for install unsatisfied with results called Shane back to rectify problems, he was not willing to change anything without being paid another 3 hours of labour cost. Will have to have another company come in and fix the mistakes that have been made.

Since we had to find a new furnace for a small six suite apartment building, we called around. Shane was quick to respond and has since serviced our furnace needs with just as much commitment to giving excellent service.
