DO NOT SHOP HERE. The sofa arrived 10 days late and didn't recline! Customer service made as pay to have it exchanged for a working model, they called it a 'service call'. The service was terrible, nothing short of BBB complaints got them to respond to us. The delay to receive the product puts it nicely outside the buyers remorse or credit card charge back periods. Save yourself the grief and go elsewhere.

My fiance and I were looking at Ashley Furniture, looking for items to purchase for our new house. As we have not yet taken possession of the house, it was mostly just looking to see what stores had things that interested us so that in the future we knew which stores to come back to. We were amazed at the amount of selection and styles offered at Ashley. While we were looking, I spotted a hutch for a china cabinet in the clearance area. Knowing that my mom had been looking for a while to find a hutch that met her needs and her budget, in a similar color to her current furniture, I let her know about it. The hutch was on sale (down from $895 to $500) and then clearance priced further (at $250). I called my mom up and let her know. She was so happy, her search for a hutch was over, and she paid less than she ever thought she would for a hutch that would go with her furniture. I would definitely shop at Ashley again in the future.

Awesome service and always great deals. Friendly and professional staff. I bought the washer and dryer because of the great price and friendly service. I am satisfied with the purchase here at Ashley's Furniture. The delivery personnels were awesome. They were polite and very helpful. I highly recommend them for any washer and dryer purchases.

We purchased two leather recliners and a loveseat in June 2011. Two of the three pieces had nicks in the leather. I called customer service within 12 hours of delivery. It is now four months later and still waiting on the love seat to be repaired. Beware this store does not provide customer service

they have a good selection of furniture, but I found that they were a bit more pricey than other stores But that's ok because the quality of the furniture is excellent. The staff were friendly. The delivery was fine, but they did not set up the bed for us. I would have liked them to help us with the set up. The delivery cost should have included the set up. That was an extra cost I didn't want to pay. Overall, I'm happy with the bed and I haven't had any issues with it.

the service was great. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. It was one of the reasons i bought the washer and dryer there. The salesperson sold me on the appliances. I am very happy with the purchase and service. The delivery guys were great. They were quick and efficient.

Friends of mine set out to buy new appliances (they were desperately in need of a new washer and stove... not to mention a dishwasher and refrigerator). They checked out the flyer and found killer deals on all that they were looking for. Delivery was fast, no hassle when installing everything. Friendly, knowledgeable staff when they came in to browse around. Would definitely go there for a complete face lift of my own kitchen!

I was not happy with the sofa I purchased. The quality was poor. The cushions needed to be replaced. They replaced it, but I'm still not happy with it. Also, the paint on the couch and the table is peeling. We spent so much money, but we aren't happy with the purchases. The only good thing is that they have a warrantee policy.

it was easy shopping. We went in and found what we were looking for right away. The staff were friendly and helpful without being annoying. Te delivery was fantastic. We didn't have any problems and they delivered when they say they would.

The store was clean and they had a good selection of products. The staff were friendly. We bough a couch, recliner and a coffee table all for a good price. We had the furniture delivered and we were satisfied with the services and products.
