James tuned our piano. He really took his time and made a good job in making sure that every keys are tuned well. I will let him do the tuning every year.

It's the 2nd time we used James and his crew to move the piano. Each time they responded in time with my quote request and showed up on time on the moving date and moved the piano to our satisfaction.

On the day of the move, James and his team arrived promptly at the agreed upon time, and took great care and caution when moving my piano from the originating to the target destination. I bought a piano and let it carry it. Jamse's service picked up the piano and was able to come to my apartment safely. I did not mind at all, and it was so good that they moved perfectly to the place I wanted. It's so good from transport to tuning.

I have used James and his team a number of times for piano moving and tuning. They are very professional and on time. James was even able to accommodate me last minute. I have used other piano tuners with the passed that have charged me much more and did not do as good of a job. I highly recommend James!

Excellent service and very professional. This is the second time I work with PianoInside and they had to move my piano from my parents basement to my home. The staircase was a challenge but the team did it without any issues. I would definitely recommend it!

James and his co-workers did a great job with picking up our new piano and moving it safely to our place. We live in the basement so I was very worried about the narrow staircase going down, but they were very careful and professional. He even checked the keys and pedals for free.
