After researching companies for a few weeks to do our basement, my wife and I came across finishedbasement.ca. Upon the first phone call we made to them, we were very impressed on how informative Natalie was over the phone on their quotation process, and booking an appointment for Vitaliy to visit us at our home to further understand our needs towards providing a detailed estimate.

When Vitaliy came to our home we found him to be very educated on basement finishing, as he confidently answered every question that we had. He gave us a very detailed walkthrough of options and costs for what we were looking for, and HIS ESTIMATE WAS VERY REASONABLE. Upon him leaving our home, we knew that we would immediately call him back, and let him know we wanted finishedbasement.ca to do our basement project. Not only was the price very reasonable, but we felt comfortable knowing that our basement finishing would be in good hands.

A few weeks before our project started, Igor came to our home, to design the floor plan. I was impressed with him taping out the area so that we could visually see the design of our space! He presented different options based in our needs, and the taping really helped us visualize the space. With us then going to their vast showroom to pick options, Igor encouraged us to take our time with selection, and answered all of our questions. - Again, a great experience for us.

The day the crew arrived to start the project was another highlight. They were very friendly, and quality driven. They were sure to go over any structural design decisions needed with us, and regularly and confidently gave their opinion based in their experiences on items for our decision making.

Our wonderful experience started with a home visit for a quote/consultation, to show-room visit, then sign contract with start date.
Start date was kept and in less than 3 weeks our entire two level basement was completed.

From the initial design and showroom experience, to the amazing project management, to the immaculate finished product ... they kept us consistently amazed. The teams - from rough carpentry to finished product - worked like a well oiled machine. They were done as promised, after two weeks! Even though we threw some curve balls at them.
