The Roofers

I met with several highly rated roofing companies and obtained 3 quotes with respect to either replacing my entire flat roof or in the alternative just putting in place a new membrane (if the roof deck was deemed to be in good enough shape). Many of the roofing companies provided me with one option only. Sean provided me with a number of options and a price for each of those options, which I appreciated. Sean appeared to be quite knowledgeable and honest in his approach and he made a recommendation to me, based upon the age and condition of my roof deck, that I accepted. Sean and his team showed to do the work on the appointed date. They were very respectful and ensured no damage was done by the crane delivering the roofing materials. They completed the job in a timely manner and removed all waste material, ensuring my property was left in clean manner at the end of the job. Sean made time to meet with me and to answer all of my questions regarding the work and the warranty for the work.

As part of the job, Sean agreed to do some ancillary work on part of my sloped roof. It turned out that, as a result of unknown circumstances (and through no fault of Sean or his team), that the work was going to be more difficult than anticipated. Notwithstanding this, Sean and his team persevered in finding a solution and getting the work done. They went the extra "mile", when they didn't have to.

I was very satisfied with the work performed by Sean and his team. I was impressed with Sean's dedication to making sure I was happy with the work.

I would certainly use Sean and his team again for future work
