We have worked with John for many years. He is a trusted contractor helping keep our almost 100 year old buildings running. He can do it all! And he never complains no matter how complex the job. Most contractors don't want to touch our aging infrastructure so we are very happy to have found John. He is also the most reliable and punctual guy amongst our team of contractors. If you need something done fast and well, John is your guy. Most recently he installed lights in all of our crawlspaces. These are called 'crawlspaces' for a reason and no one wants to work in them. I loved how easy Ian was to talk to. he came in and fixed our kitchen sockets and fuse in like 10 minutes and it was awesome having him fixing the issues. He gave honest advice about the panel upgrade, was prompt and was overall very professional

Ian was quick to respond with a quote to upgrade both the breaker and wiring to support a new range requiring 50 Amps of power. He was very responsive and knowledgeable. The job was completed above my expectations in a professional manor. Ian pointed out that the existing cable was not grounded. That alone was worth the cost of the project.

I called several electricians trying to quickly repair a baseboard heater and thermostat issue at my tenanted property. Ion was the fastest to respond - even on the weekend - he came the next day and quickly diagnosed the issue. The thermostat was reinstalled and the baseboard heater working again in no time! My mother needed a flood light in front of her house and so I knew who I had to call. Ion is the only person I will go to for any electrical needs. He installed the flood light and was so honest about what he can and cannot do and made alternative plans and explained it to me. He installed it quickly and efficiently. He has also done other work for my family and he is always so honest about the price and realistic expectations. I have already shared his information with anyone else who requires an electrician .

Noticed no power in bedroom. Went to circuit breaker to re-set. Would not re-set. Unplugged all items in room to see if they were causing issue, but problem resolved. Sandu responded to Homestars request. Came next day. Very thorough and was able to track cause of short-circuit to outlet in the wall and fixed. Would call again if have another electrical issue.
