Alex and Sarah have been phenomenal, providing accurate, professional drawings, obtaining zoning variance approval and navigating the Committee of Adjustment process for Permit approval. They are thoroughly knowledgeable about the city bylaws and requirements and have gone above and beyond to advise, assist and move us easily through what could be a complicated process for the inexperienced homeowner. They respond immediately to questions and have managed all communication between us and the City from Day 1, keeping us informed of changes, facilitating discussion with City Planners and providing additional information when needed, even working in collaboration with our building contractor.
