We replaced our most problematic windows first - we we so pleased with Vinyl Pro (the product and the service) - we continued and replaced all of the windows in our home.

The windows are nice to look at, easy to use; and make us feel very safe and comfortable in our home. They are Energy Star rated very high and that is very important to us too.

The team at Vinyl Pro is very professional - once they leave our home - we only knew they were here because of the new windows!

Quote for window replacement was well within the prices of the other quotes. Quality of windows is excelent and workmanship of the staff was very good. The instalers explaines the operation and care of the windows and site clean up was very well done.

I had Igor replace our sliding patio door last summer but I didn't write a review until I seen how it performed in the winter season. When all the other windows in the house had frost on them the patio door was clear. No more painting of wood frames every summer. Vinyl Pro Windows is top quality all around.

We are very happy with the service provided when windows installed and love the visual appeal of the finished product. These windows, being triple pane do not create the cool air which we found from the glass in previous window. When we had a minor problem with a screen it was dealt with very quickly.

In October 2011, VinylPro replaced all the windows in our 17 year old home, converted one window a bay window and also replaced our front door. In total there were 24 windows above grade and 5 basement windows. As well, VinylPro was able to engineer the windows to accommodate 2 of the larger window openings on a house with stucco! The installation team was excellent – the quality of workmanship was exceptional; they were polite, prompt and courteous; they were extremely hardworking; and the work site was cleaned up. When VinylPro left, other than the nice new cleaned windows, we would not have known they were there. After living in the home over winter (albeit mild), the Euroseal Windows delivered as promised: the house is warm, not drafty and the opening mechanisms are excellent. New windows and doors were replaced just over a year ago.They have performed to our high expectations.No drafts,no icing,ease of operation.I'm not sure about after sales service though as we didn't need any.Quality products and expert installaton at a most reasonable price.We could not be more pleased.Please feel free to contact us through Igor or Erika if you would like to know more.

In August 2011 we had Vinyl Pro replace our front door and side panel with a new product that they were carrying, it is one of their new product lines that is proven energy efficient and very secure, having a 3 latch system when the door is closed and locked. The removal of our front door and replacement with the new door went very well, as expected from prior experience with this company, the workmanship was excellent, the installers were highly skilled in what they did, and they were extremely respectful and careful when at our home. I would highly recommend Igor and his team if you were ever looking to replace your doors or windows in your home, or if you were looking at building a home, call them first for a quote. Prices are excellent.

Igor and his team installed our new windows to the front side of our home, we have been replacing all the windows in our home and the final 7 were completed November 2011. The product is outstanding and the install went smooth, the quality of workmanship was excellent, and the clean up of the job was outstanding. The team that came to our home to complete the install were kind, courteous and respectful of our home and our high standards.
