My parents decided to replace all their windows in their 60 year old home.Igor gave us a very reasonable quote and his office staff is wonderful and very helpful. Igor and his staff were very prompt and on time with their work. Their crew's customer service was second to none, and my parents get great compliments on how nice the windows look.

We were very pleased with the work that Igor and Alex did on our home. They had great prices and they were very nice and understanding of our family. They did such a great job, we have received so many comliments on how great it looks and also the quality is exceptional. We are very happy with our new windows from Vinyl Pro. I find myself walking around the house admiring them. We are renovating our 35 year old home and decided to replace all of the windows, install garden doors to our yard and replace our front and back doors. When Igor visited our home for the first time he suggested which kind of windows would be best for each room. We thought the the price he quoted was very reasonable. We were impressed with the workmanship of Igor and his crew. They were professional, fast, efficient and very clean. When they were finished our new windows sparkled and there was no clean up left for us. We are looking forward to lower heating bills this winter. Thank You to Vinyl Pro for a job well done.

We had a few different estimates for our windows done but by far Chris from Vinyl Pro who came to do the initial estimate/consultation was by far the most knowledgeable about what would be best for our needs. We knew way more about all things window after he was finished. We set up an appointment to come in for a more detailed idea of what it would cost the following Saturday. In that week we read the reviews of all the companies we were considering and needless to say we went with Vinyl Pro.
Igor and his awesome crew came about 6 weeks later (would have been sooner except all the rain we've had this year prevented it) to install my windows. In no time flat they had drop cloths down, ladders up and my old windows on the way out. They were professional, courteous, fast and very clean (I was even surprised to see them washing all the windows after they were finished). It was obvious that they took the time to make sure everything was done right. My new bay window looks beautiful inside and out and I can't stop going from room to room to look at my new windows! I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone. I was thrilled with the service at each level as well as the product they use. I wish I could remember all their names to thank them each personally here. When I'm ready to replace my front door I will be going with Vinyl Pro!

We are very happy with the installation of our front door. Vinyl Pro Windows and Doors were very professional from the time they meet with you to discuss your options to the time they completed the door installation. Very professional in ensuring that the door is properly installed and sealed. We went with the Germain lock system and very happy with it.

What an amazing experience it was to have Igor and his crew come and replace all the windows in my home! They were courteous, polite and extremely efficient. They worked without stop, a great team that worked together. Cleanliness of my home as they were working and when they left was awesome. Igor even helped me remove valances and blinds! Their level of professionalism was wonderful and I would strongly recommend Igor and his crew to any and all that are requiring a service such as this. I love my new windows!

Last fall we were researching the idea of replacing windows in our 20 year old home, we had a few estimates including one from Vinyl Pro. Out of all the estimates we received, the only company that went out of their way to explain the differences in the different windows such as double pane, triple pain, foam filled, etc. was the representative from Vinyl Pro. We received a thorough education on the Do's and Don’t, and what we should expect when replacing windows; whether it was by Vinyl Pro or from another window company. They explained in detail what they do when installing the window and what difference that makes. Quality of the installation is the key to the window functioning to it’s potential. The quality of the window was never in question, but we were more concerned with the workmanship and whether or not they would stand behind their windows and their workmanship. Last fall we had 2 bedroom windows installed to see what we thought of the window quality, and last weekend (May 28th) we had another 7 windows installed. I would only recommend Vinyl Pro to anyone interested in changing their windows, and in a month our new front door will also arrive and be installed, and in the fall we will replace the remaining 5 windows in our home.
Vinyl Pro are very professional and take excellent pride and care in satisfying the customer, their team that installs the windows were courteous and kind, they were respectful of our home and extremely polite.

This was a job well done,Igor and his men worked strait though all day non-stop. Not only do the windows and doors look fantasic, these guys cleaned the windows and vacummed the floors , they picked up all the waste!!! I needed my over - sized front bay window replaced and wasn't sure who to go with. I got quotes from a number of different places, but for some reason the estimaters that gave me the quotes just didn't feel quite right. When Igor came and did a quote for me, he made me feel very as ease, comfortable and confident that going with Vinyl Pro was the absolute right choice. I am so happy I did go with them!!! I definately would and will use them again and recommend them to absolutely anyone who is looking for a new installation. Anytime I called prior to and also after the installation if I had a question, my call was ALWAYS returned promptly and I was ALWAYS given an answer. As for the installation itself I could never have enough words to describe how efficient and hardworking these guys are. They did an absolutely AMAZING job not only with the installation itself, but also with everything that went along with it like cleaning the window and even cleaning up after the job was done inside and outside. I know my window installation was extremely well done and properly done without any doubt in my mind what so ever. To be quite honest it has been quite awhile since I received this kind of GREAT customer service from anywhere. They also have a great warranty behind not only their product but their installation and workmanship as well!! If you want a job better than well done at a decent price these are the people to go with hands down!! I would never use anyone else.
