From day one my wife and I have had nothing but great experiences with this family run company. Sunday afternoon – I called the office and got Sandy on the afterhours line who was very courteous and took my information and then referred me to his daughter, Marnie. Not “call back when we’re open”.

Marnie met with us at our home. She was flexible with meeting our time restrictions as we live in Toronto and met her in Whitby at our home. She was also the only HVAC professional that looked at our home as a complete ecosystem and was not "just" selling an AC, Furnace and Humidifier individually like the competition. As we are new at this, there were many options to consider. We were taken through the process of choosing a system that met our needs, educated on maintenance options and rebate programs that were also available.

This was a friendly conversation, not rushed in and out like a car salesman. Zero pressure.

We received the detailed quote within the week and compared it to the competition. There was no hard decision as we knew that we had gotten the best deal.

We e-mailed Marnie to accept the quote and a week later Kemar and Eric arrived onsite to complete the installation. Talk about smooth.

Kemar knew his stuff as he, my contractor, and I were discussing the installation / options of the furnace intake and exhaust. He ensured that I was fully satisfied and even went above and beyond to level the pedestal that the AC unit would sit on using bricks and gravel we had at the house.

Having worked in the customer service and support fields for many years. I applaud this company from start to finish.
