Fast forward to Nov 2023, Carl connected me with Adam, who efficiently resolved four slow drains. The entire team, Carl, Brad, and Adam, displayed exceptional knowledge and professionalism. Let me start by saying this company has gone above and beyond from start to finish. Viktoria Professional Movers stands for two things. (Professional staff and professionals at their trade) From start to finish Cormac, the installers, and movers have been courteous, helpful, respectful and flexible. Cormac has been flexible with changing move dates and unforeseen storage while my house renovation was completed. I will refer friends and family to use this company and I will certainly procure this company the next time I require moving and storage services.

I would highly recommend Dave's Duct cleaners. We have a townhouse with no driveway access and they are one of the few companies that have portable equipment to get the job done. Brendan and Scott were very courteous and went above and beyond their job. They were running a bit behind, but called me and gave me plenty of notice. When they got to the house, they laid drop sheets and were very mindful to our house. Brendan took the time to explain the entire process to us, which was appreciated as this is our first home, and first duct cleaning. It was on the pricier side (because of the use of portable equipment), but Stanley, the person I booked the appointment with made sure I was fully aware of the cost so there were no surprises. I would use them, and recommend them to anyone living in the Durham region.

Sunday afternoon – I called the office and got Sandy on the afterhours line who was very courteous and took my information and then referred me to his daughter, Marnie. Not “call back when we’re open”. Marnie met with us at our home. She was flexible with meeting our time restrictions as we live in Toronto and met her in Whitby at our home. She was also the only HVAC professional that looked at our home as a complete ecosystem and was not "just" selling an AC, Furnace and Humidifier individually like the competition. As we are new at this, there were many options to consider. We were taken through the process of choosing a system that met our needs, educated on maintenance options and rebate programs that were also available. This was a friendly conversation, not rushed in and out like a car salesman. Zero pressure. We received the detailed quote within the week and compared it to the competition. There was no hard decision as we knew that we had gotten the best deal. We e-mailed Marnie to accept the quote and a week later Kemar and Eric arrived onsite to complete the installation. Talk about smooth. Kemar knew his stuff as he, my contractor, and I were discussing the installation / options of the furnace intake and exhaust. He ensured that I was fully satisfied and even went above and beyond to level the pedestal that the AC unit would sit on using bricks and gravel we had at the house. Having worked in the customer service and support fields for many years. I applaud this company from start to finish. We will continue to refer them and will be happy lifetime customers.
