New A\C and Furnace

I had my 30 year old A\C and furnace replaced. I dealt with Sean and the pricing of the A\C and furnace was fair. My installer Dieter was great. We ran into some difficulties with the installation but he was very knowledgeable and had good suggestions and resolutions. I would give Dieter a rating of 10 for the installation. However the more complicated installation resulted in extra costs that we did not anticipate and we felt the pricing of the extra work was a little high.

AC replacement

Great service starting with Sean in sales who was very informative and not pushy at all. On the day the install was scheduled our driveway was sealed (scheduling screw up). The install guys got creative and took out some fence boards to access through my neighbours backyard and replaced it all. Really appreciate their efforts. The unit is working great and pricing was very reasonable.

Great end to end service!!!!
Sales - Sean was great. He came by and educated me on different models and provided me a honest quote.
Installation - Dieter was awesome. Installation was professional and clean. The first think he did was assess the current configuration and told me everything upfront prior to install.
