Our house has a very steep winding driveway down to a double garage. It is very difficult to shovel this ourselves when it snows, so we contracted Monster plowing company do do this job. What a relief it qas this past winter not to have to shovel that driveway, and as a bonus they also shovel our walks and steps. Pricing seems reasonable and samantha their office manager is very helpful on thw phone.

My wife and I own 3 income properties in Toronto and Monster Plowing serviced them all this past winter. This is our second year with them. We found them online two winters ago and we used them for just one property our first year. Since we found they did such a great job the first time we assigned all 3 of our properties to them this past winter and couldn't have been happier with the service. Ive dealt with many companies before, but monster is the first snow removal I've dealt with that really knows what they're doing. I requested a quote through their website, got a reply within minutes, met with George at the building to talk about it, and then I had a quote in my inbox a couple days later.Pricing was competitive. We chose the complete package, and couldn't be more pleased with the results. Surprise! we didnt have a slip and fall lawsuit this year...

I've been using monster plow for a few years now. My situation is a tricky one, as my neighbor and I share a very long, very narrow driveway. Shovelling this is not fun. They have little jeeps that they plow with, so what took us an hour to shovel takes them 5 minutes to plow out. Thanks Monster, you guys rock!

Price was in line with other companies. Staff are always pleasant and friendly as well as professional. 100% Satisfied with the service they offer. Great service. The snow from parking lot and garage was removed as promised. The email updates that were sent out that outlined the estimated arrival time / severity of the storm and removal timeframe of the snow was very helpful -- this extra service helped me keep my building operations staff informed

I found Monster online last year. The snow was cleared promptly and with a high level of care. On multiple occasions one of their guys would knock on our door to allow our staff to move their vehicles before they started plowing. They took the time to carefully pile the snow so that we could maintain as many parking spots as we could. Great job guys, we will be contracting you again.

My family moved to toronto from hong kong and snow is not really in our vocabulary but my real estate agent told us to hire you to plough our new house. I am eternally grateful to her because otherwise I think we would have moved back home shovelling snow and ice is not what I want to do especially from our very big driveway. They did the snow the past few years for a building my company manages on Bathurst street in Toronto. It is a large property with a few hundred residents, so prompt clearing and salting when it snows is very important. So far so good, there were a few growing pains during the first few snowfalls of our first year with them but they were quick to resolve anything we brought forward.
