New Build: Contracted to install low voltage + add-ons
This company is HORRIBLE. We took occupancy of our home in August 2021. The builder (The Conservatory Group) contracted out the Low voltage wiring and central vac system to Grand Alarms. We spent hours going over the layout of the home with the salesperson Mary and chose the exact location for tel/ethernet, co-ax and add-ons: cat6 wiring, conduit above the fireplace for the TV and cat5e wiring for security cameras.
25% of the outlets were where we specified, and NONE of our add-one were complete.
To top it off this company has never responded/spoken with me directly. I have engaged BBB to facilitate a resolution. Rather than actually come and install what they bunged up, they have offered to refund my deposit. This was 8 months ago…
