Swimming Pools, Spas & Hot Tubs review in Edmonton

Initially I was not happy with this company and the service they provided. I have to say though that they turned it around, Lenni explained about an incident they had and came through helping me set everything right in no time.

I have to change my review and the stars awarded. Although I still lost a month on the season, I am very happy and satisfied about the service I got in the end.

Pool opening

Swimming Pools, Spas & Hot Tubs review in Edmonton

Scheduled pool opening early may. Two days prior agreed date they call request payment for the service.
Day agreed they call and say can't be there. Two days after they show up and can't finish opening. It's been 4 weeks and this company has maybe been on site once, I have agreed to cover any other cost to finish and still, they will not call or even return messages... I want a refund but even if I get it, I already lost a month on the season. Super unprofessional.
