My house had an old water heater (10+ years) rented through Enercare. The day that it failed, I asked Enercare to come over and help me getting it up and going. First I had some back and forth with Enercare's dispatch to get a tech to come to my house in under 3 days but finally I got someone over. Once the tech got into my home though, he refused to service the water heater and tagged me asking me to remove some 20 year old drywall renovations one of the previous owners had done to be able to fix the old water heater. (please note that the water heater was 10+ years old and was placed were it was probably by Enercare) Needless to say I cancelled my service with Enercare and got a brand new water heater installed. When arranging the pickup of the old water heater I was told it would be free of charge. This was later reversed and I also had to pay them to pick-up the old water heater that had been removed previously, I have to say though that the people picking up the old water heater were polite and well mannered.

Moved to my house last summer and found this gorgeous Ash tree infected. Rooted provided a reasonable quote and executed the service to perfection taking all the steps to make sure all went well. I have to say that I was very pleasantly surprised by the good spirit and enthusiasm of the team doing the job at my place. Its great to do business with people that enjoy what they do!

It all started with an outside faucet creating ponds in my basement when opened. I can't say I had luck with plumbers before, in fact I had some bad experiences. Ended up looking for a plumbing service through HomeStars and found public plumbing. Service was fast and the plumber we got was great to deal with. If I need a plumber again in the near future, I will call these guys back. Very happy with the service.

Bought a house that had 2 fireplaces. The inspection revealed that there might be issues with one of them. Got a hold of magic Touch based on the recommendation of a co worker. They were prompt and professional, fixed all that needed to be fixed and left the house as clean as they found it and showed their concern to make everything safe for me and my family to use.

I contacted Mr Roof Repair to fix the sofits in the roof. They came and did a in-depth review of my roof and came back with a couple of pictures of my Skylight. Turns out its close to 30 years old and well as most things 30 years old that have been exposed to the elements it needs to be replaced. I changed the skylight, these guys have been very professional and courteous every time I Talk to them and most important of all have taken all the efforts to make sure the skylight replacement is done well and will still keep snow, rain and cold away while letting nice sunlight in..

I hired this company to make sure I did not have mice in the house but most importantly to get help me understanding and preventing any more critters from coming in. I was very happy with the service and hopefully in the fall all the prevention pays off.

Great service. Initially it felt a bit hard to get them to come over and take a look at my attic, but once done it was good and professional. Lets wait and see how the winter goes, but so far i am happy with the service.

Initially I was not happy with this company and the service they provided. I have to say though that they turned it around, Lenni explained about an incident they had and came through helping me set everything right in no time. I have to change my review and the stars awarded. Although I still lost a month on the season, I am very happy and satisfied about the service I got in the end.
