Roof shingles replacement and after service

Royal Roofing did our roof in 2021 and did a very good job. A few days ago (Oct 2023), noticed that one of the shingles had somehow broken off. Called Royal and Michael came to look at it the same day. The next day Royal sent a couple of gents to fix the issue, which they did. Very impressed by their customer service. It is after a job is done and a service call is made that you get to see the quality of a company. Thanks Royal!
