Louis and Nick were very professional in responding to my call. They provided prompt service and clearly explained their work procedure. The cost to provide a new flat roof was very competitive. I would recommend their services.

We had a problem with our roof because the previous roofing company inexplicably pulled nails out of the vents and left the holes unsealed. So, obviously, our roof starts leaking following a heavy rainfall. We called Royal Roofing for a quote, and they were at our place within two hours. They diagnosed the problem immediately, gave us a very reasonable quote, and they were back the next day to finish the job. They took pictures of the job they did (which they sent to us) and guaranteed the work for ten years. We were very impressed with what they did. We would definitely use them again (although, hopefully not for a while).

We hired Royal Roofing on Nov. 2012 and were impressed with their service. Nick and Louis were always arrived on time and were very prompt in responding to any of my questions and concerns. I am installing flashing around my house. I have decided to use royal roofing from previous projects to install this project. I am satisfied with previous work from them and will use this company for any new projects or grievances I need addressing through them.

Luis, Nick, and the amazing team at Royal Roofing saved us over the Christmas/New Years holidays. A month earlier I had my flat roof done by another person who did a very terrible job and created a leak. Royal came and assessed the damage (after I could not get ahold of the original guy) and gave me the truth about the previous job. After 2 other roof estimates, I specifically chose Royal based on a few factors:
1. They responded the fastest after I called about a leaky roof
2. Took photos, and showed me every place the last roofer did a bad job, and explained how it should have been done properly.
3. Offered to work over the weekend prior to a heavy snowfall to help protect us
4. Explained the procedure and materials they were going to use for the fix.
5. Wrote out a detailed estimate and did not ask for any money up front.
I am happy I chose them, and am truly grateful the team came to fix my house. Five of them spent 14.5 hours one day to ensure that the roof would be good during the snow/rain projected over the next couple days, then came back and finished the rest of it off another day (another 8 hours for 4 of them).
Royal Roofing is reasonbly priced, but more importantly the team takes pride in what they do, and have a tremendous work ethic (something you don't see often in today's contractors).
I've been disappointed by many contractors, but this team is truly amazing and does a great job. You won't be disappointed. Thank you guys.

First time I used service of Royal Roofing for my addition to the house and impress with quality and culture of personal. Best price from five acquired quotations. Nick personally started and completed my project. Flatroot with all “bells and whistles” installed on time and some issues with existing part of the roof fixed with no extra costs. I had 5 different trades working on my project and more than anybody else I respect Nick for his expertise and competence. I will use Nick’s service again for next year project. I got my roof installed in October 2011 by Royal Roofing. Year later I called them again and asked to check the roof because I saw some wet spots in the attic close to chimney. The very next day they sent Nick Maksymchuk supervisor who supervised installation year before. Nick checked roof from attic and outside found roof in perfect condition, but pointed to cracks on chimney crown. Then he advised on what has to be done and provided estimation for that job. Everything was done professionaly, in time , in a very frendly manner and free of charge.

I phoned up Royal Roofing and setup an appointment for an estimate. There was a bit of a mix up with the address but everything worked out just fine.

Nick & Louis arrived on site and explained in full detail what exactly would take place with regard to materials, procedure, timing etc. These guys (along with their crew) know their roofing and it shows in the end result,

This was our second experience with Royal Roofing this summer and we were just as pleased with this second job as we were with the first.
