Royal Roofing

Our flat roof over our garage was old and leaking and needed to be replaced. We had 3 roofers quote on it and their price was the best and they were the most professional. They insisted we come up an the ladder and he showed us the damage and what they were going to do. Throughout the project they were clean (ever night it was completed spotless) and they finished on time. They emailed pictures of the damage and what they replaced. On top of it when Nick finished he noticed i had a big dent in my bumper on my car. He said he could fix it and used an industrial hair dryer and actually popped the dent out. So my roof is new and my car bumper was fixed. Definitely recommend Royal Roofing.

They were very efficient, clearly had a system and were in and out in one day. Result was beautiful new roof :) .
Men started arriving around 8:30 I think it was a work was underway at 9:00. Kinda figured it would be noisy so had plans to depart for most of the day.
When I checked in around 3:30pm to grab my bike, the main house was close to finished (front porch in progress) and garage being started. There was a large team of
I believe 8 men working all day as well as others stopping by. They were all busy and working hard. It was a beautiful day. Job went a little longer than projected and everyone looked pretty dead tired. It was extra work because of the previous multiple layers of shingles. There was a lot of cleanup required. It all got finished and everyone gone by about 8;30 think it was. Roof looks great. Lots of vents and requested external vents. Good job.

The work was top of the line and the men worked hard and professionally. They cleaned up when they were finished.

Thanks Nick for a job well done and for the information and the explanation you gave me before you started the job. The job was done in one day, i was amazed how the work was fast and clean, the pool was covered and all surrounding as well.

Great job! We needed to change a chimney for a gas appliance to a different diameter and replace some plumbing stack vents. Job was done well, quickly and the area was left spotless. Nick scheduled to be there at the same time as the gas fitters to coordinate the removal and replacement of the chimney. Highly recommed this company!

We did our roof for the back part of our house several years ago and Nick and his team had been very professional and price was very reasonable. This year we decided to do the front part of the house and i didn't hesitate at all and hired their service. Excellent job across all dimensions i.e. customer service; quality of workmanship; accommodating additional requests; staff professionalism; cleanliness.

I guess I'll only know how good the job truly was after a few years of Canadian weather beating down on the roof but Nick takes the time to show you lots of before and after pictures so you can get a good sense of what needs doing and what they have done.

Would definitely recommend.
