Louis was a professional from start to finish. At first I thought the roof was leaking, which would have run 4 to 5 thousand. Louis took the time to properly investigate and it turned out it was only the skylight and much less expensive. He sent Nick over very shortly after and he did an excellent job! He could have easily told me it was the roof, but he was honest and I really appreciated that. If I could give him 6 stars I would!

Nick was fast and professional with his team and I'm very satisfied with the service provided. They completely overhauled my flat roof, talking it down to the joists and re-doing everything.

When I found my roof was leaking he and his team were out within a matter of hours (in the pouring rain) to have a look at the problem. It turns out that the problem was caused by the company who installed the eaves. He took pictures to show me what the problem was and explained where the leak was coming from.

Nick and his team did repairs on my slate roof last November. I interviewed 4 contractors and Nick's team was by far the most knowledgeable and candid about the state of the roof and required repairs. It is very difficult to find skilled slate repairers and Nick has a great team. There was no over-selling and they were clear on the scope of work needed. The work was completed efficiently and with care. He also completed an asphalt roof on another property and that was also a terrific experience. We are very satisfied and would highly recommend them.

Nick and Louis were prompt, supportive, competent, the price reasonable. They were great at communicating the progress, the workers were polite, and the clean up was super. Nick even came back a few weeks later to help me with an unrelated issue. Flat and shingle roofs as well as skylight replacement were done in August 2015. I waited 6 months to report to ensure that the work lasted, and am happy to report that despite those heavy fall rains, and current February thaw... all is dry in my house !! Thanks Royal Roofing !

I met Nick here about four weeks ago three houses down he was doing a roof from Larry, one of the neighbors. He really impressed me on the work he was doing and the cleanup was fantastic. So I approached him, and talked to him about doing my roof. He gave me an estimate and it was absolutely good work and I appreciate him and it was fun working with him. He does a pretty good job. I don’t know any other roofers, I had my roof done twelve years ago and now I had to do it over again and Nick claims that this one is going to last for the rest of my time. He really does a good job, very pleasant to work with.

Located in South Hill with mature maple trees where squirrels can find weakened material in the roof and try to move in. Royal Roofing was doing a roof in the neighbourhood and the job looked impressive. They returned our call in a timely manner, completed an inspection and emergency roof repair in several places as a result. Would use them again. Thank you Luis, Anton and Igor.

Our house was due for a new roof and the estimate given was in line with other estimates we received (they were in the middle of the pack). The work started on schedule, however took 1.5 days instead of the 1 day estimated. We are very pleased with the quality of work and the cleanup. There was a miscommunication about replacing the existing ridge venting, however the situation was solved to our current satisfaction and they are willing to work with us if it should be an issue within the next year. Very thorough and detailed explanations, and we were pleased to see that they were harnessed on our very sloped roof. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

We used Nick and Royal Roofing to replace our flat roof in November 2015. Nick and his team were courteous, hard working and did a great job. Nick was great at communicating progress over the course of the 4 days of the job and multiple times touched base with me to show me pictures of what they found with the old roof and the progress they were making on the new roof.

I found the price fair, the quality of work top notch and the customer service to be some of the best I have had across all the different projects we have done on our house over the last 7 years! Nick and his team even fixed the latch on my fence-gate that had been broken for a while (that I hadn't gotten around to fixing), which was a nice surprise!
