North Shore Oil Tank Recovery

We called North Shore Oil Tank Recovery when we were getting ready to put our house on the market. Scott's quote was very reasonable, and his minimally invasive approach was important to us in the lead-up to selling our home. Although we had documentation indicating the presence and location of a de-commissioned oil tank on our property, Scott's careful hand digging of the area did not locate the tank. He arranged for a small, non-destructive excavator to expand the search, but was again unable to locate the tank. Scott recommended a further scan to determine if a tank was present anywhere on the property, which later indicated that there was no tank to be found. His thoroughness, due diligence, and careful site remediation was much appreciated. We could sell our house secure in the knowledge that we were not leaving an expensive problem for the new owners.
