I had 2 very old birch trees removed from my front yard. I needed stonework done to make the area usable. I called Burl Oak and spoke to Mark who came out and gave me an initial estimate on what I had in mind. He also suggested that we widen the front steps to make the overall look more balanced. He came out a second time, to draw the actual plan, which included the steps, a raised flower bed and a stone patio enclosed by an existing hedge.
Sooner than promised, the team came out to do the job. They all worked very hard under the supervision of Louay. They were also very patient in handling the removal of a huge tree root we had not anticipated, along with laying out weeping tile to re-direct a downspout.
I am very, very pleased with the work and have had a lot of compliments on it and the impact on the front of the property.
