Mike was recommended to us to use to maintain our HVAC while the owner is out of the country and renting it to a tenant. He has done two service calls this year on the AC and failed to mention at either instance that multiple parts were at the end of life and that the until should be replaced. He only provided this information after being intensly questioned about the condition of the unit.

Now we need to spend additional money to replace the air conditioner after having wasted $550 (before taxes) on new parts for a failing unit. Because of his unprofessional approach to business and his lack of ability to keep the total lifetime value in consideration we will be sure to not use this company or Mike's services again. We recommend for those who do not want to waste money on pointless service calls to use other providers.

I'm very happy with the service provided to me by Contrast. Josh arrived quickly and serviced my furnace like a pro. He explained exactly why it was not working and gave me tips on maintenance. He also informed me about a part recall which he replaced the next day on warranty. Thanks to Josh my home feels warm and cozy again!

My furnace stopped working and my neighbors suggested Josh Adamson from Contrast Heating. He came over and fixed it on the same day. Josh was very professional, courteous and charged reasonable fee for labor, while the motor itself was replaced under warranty. Josh also helped to fix my humidifier, which apparently wasn't working either. I couldn't be any happier with his service! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

My air conditioner freon was leaking so I had no AC during the worst heat wave of the summer. After trying to repair the leak, Josh installed a new unit. I was extremely impressed by his promptness and professionalism. Thank you!

Contract Heating & Air Conditioning responded promptly and in detail when asked for a quote. Their quote was accurate, complete and in detail. Work started and completed within the timeframes set out in the original quote. The work site was cleaned up and left in good condition at the end of each day. All work was completed within the timeframe quoted. There were not hidden costs or surprises during the installation process. The installation personnel were very pleasant and prepared to answer any questions I had. Ultimately the job was done on time, in budget and is good quality.

My air conditioner was not working, it was 82 degrees in my house and I was 9 months pregnant with a young child with a fever. It was after hours and i was recommended to call this company and he got my air working! He was a pleasure to deal with

We always call Contrast Heating and Air Conditioning for all our HVAC needs. They are honest and reliable and are experts in the field. Josh installed our A/C unit over 5 years ago, our humidifier 4 years ago and we have not had one problem. We called Contrast this past week as our furnace fan stopped working out of nowhere and Josh was there to help.

Contrast worked diligently to complete the installation. They answered my questions politely and thoroughly. They stayed on the job until I felt comfortable with the operation of the air conditioner.

We contacted Josh at Contrast because my neighbour used them and was extremely happy with their work. We had them install 2 units in our condo to replace noisy window units. Josh installed the most up to date units at a reasonable cost. The installation was done promptly, clean and in a very professional manner. As a General Contactor I'm exposed to unreliable trades people on a daily basis. After using Contrast to Design and install the heating system in my house (new furnace and ductwork) It was reassuring to see such professionalism, knowledge and integrity throughout the whole process. The job was started and finished in a timely manner with no issues whatsoever. Doing the bare minimum is not an option for Contrast as they went above and beyond the scope of work originally agreed on. For this reason I've continued to use and refer them any chance I get.
