I had a couple of companies quote on some eavestrough repairs. Royal Crown Aluminum's prices were not the cheapest but were fair and I was very pleased with the work they did. I appreciated that the estimator arranged a mutually convenient time so I could be there to show him what was needed. I received an estimate in a timely manner, the work was done right away and the follow-up from Angela was impressive. Overall, a positive experience.

I called several companie to do this work but Crown were the most helpful with suggestions for improvement of the eaves and the lead time to do the work. We were very impressed with both the estimator and the installation folks who did an excellent job, left the premises spotless and were very couteous and helpful. I would highly them to freinds

One of our downspouts fell off after one of our recent torrential rainstorms and I had called another very highly rated company on Homestars to merely update a quote and heard nothing back from them for weeks. So, I went on to Royal Crown Aluminum and I have been very impressed by the level of service and their appreciation of our desperate situation, Eni called our home and offered to come out the same day (Saturday) to view our eavestroughs and he made a recommendations regarding what we really needed fixed as opposed to what the other companies tried to sell us on. He also told us how we could easily fix an overhang that was preventing us from fully opening the front door. Our pleasant experience wasn't limited to the accommodating estimator! Rafit (in the office) prepared the formal quote and sent it to me by email on Monday and called both contact numbers to be sure it was received it). We called Tuesday to schedule the install and due to the drainage issue it was completed the next day while we were at work! Our warranty was provided by email and the new eavestroughs look great. The crew made a second trip to speak to us to ensure we were happy with the product and the clean up. Thanks to everyone at RCA it was a very painless experience and I'd certainly recommend them for any other eavestrough work in future. You won't regret it. Estimate and date of work was prompt and as described. Service was friendly. Payment was not rushed at all like other contractors. Estimate was free. Would recommend to friends and family, also would hire them again if I needed something else.

I called RCA for some help with old and damaged eaves. They came quickly to quote, were easy to work with to book and they showed up when they said they would. I cam home early to check the work, and they were tidying up and left the space very clean. Nicely done guys!

We needed to replace the soffit, fascia and eaves trough. We had few quotes from different aluminum companies, one of them was Royal Crown Aluminum, which they had the most reasonable price. After discussing the quotes with my husband, we liked R.C.A's quote, not just because the price was reasonable but when Royal Crown came they represented the company very professionally. They were able to save us a chunk of money by suggesting to install alu-copper instead of copper.
When the crew came, they were well trained and well prepared to start and complete the entire job for one day. Once the job was complete, the crew did a wonderful job on cleaning up. After a week, we received a follow up call from their office, which we were pleasantly suprised. We have dealt with different trades in the past, this was the only company that did the follow up call. We will have R.C.A on our contractors list for our future projects.
Overall, the service and the completed work was excellent. We are extremely happy and would highly recommend Royal Crown Aluminum. Keep up the great work R.C.A team! Thanks for everything.

I was very impressed with Angela, their customer service representative.
She answered all my questions got back to me promptly for those questions she could not answer and negotiated a competitive price for the work that was done. The job was done thoroughly and professionally. The installers noticed that some little extras were required and did so at no additional charge.

Company provided estimate within two days and then scheduled service at time convenient to me. Gutters were installed in one day, and they cleaned up nicely when finished. final price was exactly as estimated. I would highly recommend company to my neighbours.

There was a quick turnaround on our order. Quality product installed. Old eavestrough were removed and taken away. Adminstrative service was very responsive and helpful. I would recommend this company to others.
