Carmelin Construction built us a Beautiful, well designed home with best practise features on time and budget. We love it!!!! For 4 years, they went on the search with us for the right property to buy. They came highly recommended from a neighbor primarily for the excellent project management skills and being on time and budget, something that is rare in this industry. The project was a wonderful experience. It was very well managed and workers were kept on their toes. People always comment on the quality craftmenship of the build. They brought amazing best practise ideas and had excellent taste on design and finishes. The guidance was so very helpful and they did what they could to ease all the decisions that had to be made. They are very committed to providing high quality work while helping to manage costs. We never felt alone in the process, we were supported at every step of the way. Even after the home was completed, they followed up to make sure everything was okay. In fact, they’ve kept in touch for over 7 years. Would we do it again with Carmelin, ABSOLUTELY!

We completed a full gut and renovation of our bungalow's basement with Mario and his team. This included living spaces, bathrooms, electrical to the entire house and many other key changes to our home. We were so satisfied with the attention to detail and care that we chose Carmelin Homes again for our upstairs full renovation.

We recently completed a full renovation of our main floor, including our kitchen, bathroom and all living spaces. Including windows and insulation. It was a very detailed process and we would have been lost without Mario and Oliver guiding us along every step. He always provides options and was very mindful of our budget.

Even though I myself am in the construction industry, (I develop high-rise buildings for a living) we asked Carmelin Homes to handle the construction of our home. We couldn’t have been more delighted with Mario, Oliver and their product. In fact, we were positively floored with their attention to detail, the level of quality, the competence of their personnel, and their ability to assemble all the information to help us make informed decisions, because it’s something we’ll have to live with for a long period of time.
