Fair price quoted and excellent job done. John is very pleasant to work with and is very professional. Comes to work at the time mentioned and does an excellent job. If I mention an additional small job, it is done without extra charge. Will definitely use him again if I have any projects to be completed.

John was a professional from start to finish. He accurately assessed our master bedroom baseboard and casing needs, & neatly installed in a timely fashion. Enjoyed his fair and friendly approach to the job. Very highly recommend his services!

We had John come in and help us clean up our laundry room with a new tub, shelves and dryer vent. He also built 2 builts in for us in living room and family room. He was amazing. I would definitely use his services again.

My porch has gone from tired looking and rickety to beautiful and secure. John checked the porch over and rebuilt several steps. He then sanded and stained the porch. It looks like new! John also helped out with several odd jobs around the house - from figuring out how to hang a fern out on my back patio, to fixing doors and gate latches. Pretty Handy Guy is a real pleasure to work with!

We were instantly comfortable having John in our home. He was courteous and incredibly easy to work with, and his work was high quality. We had a long list of household “to do” items that had been building for a couple of years - finally I gave in and called John when it was apparent there was no way I would/could get to them all in time (we are expecting our second child in June) - he saved the day. Best money we ever spent. He took care of plumbing, washroom repair, painting, wall repair, carpentry work, furniture assembly...you name it. The reviews should be come earlier. This is second times I request John to help out our project. The job has been done very perfect, John work hard and take his job very serious. I have never worried my project, because I know once John tell you he can do the project, then he will make it perfect. Highly recommend.

I would highly recommend Pretty Handy Guy! He did an exceptional job on our built - in shelving, reframing the fireplace
and installing shiplap over the mantle. He listened to what we wanted to do, provided design choices and the result is fantastic!
He gave us a timeline when he started and finished in a timely manner. Very happy with his work and it has transformed our family room.

I had water damage in my basement. So, to fix it, had to remove some of the drywall.

Since I am not a handyman, I needed help in putting in a drywall and at the same time decided to repaint my finished basement (make lemonade out of lemons kind of thing). John was just great. He was punctual, very personable and did an absolutely amazing job. It is as if nothing happened. Also very clean and no mess left behind.

I would HIGHLY recommend his services and wouldn't think twice of reaching out for his help in any future projects I may have.
