An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I had a seniors condo which I wanted to rent. My tenants had moved out and I needed a to find a renter quickly. My real estate agent suggested staging the condo, and recommended Patrick from Oakville Home Stagers. He made some excellent suggestions on maximizing the value of the unit, and moved quickly to get the unit staged. The end result was an elegant presentation which is what we are looking for. Patrick was able to transform the unit and it attracted a number of potential renters. We were able to rent it very quickly for the price we had in mind. Both my real estate agent and myself believe Patrick's staging was the primary reason we were able to rent it as quickly as we did.
I would highly recommend Patrick; he is very creative and professional. I would rate him as a 10 out or 10
