We had the front of our house stuccoed two years ago by Cosmopolitan Construction and they did an excellent job. We decided to have the rest of the house done this year, and it has just been completed. They did another excellent job. Their quality is top notch, they are very tidy, and they deliver on what they promise. We have had numerous contractors work on our property over the years, and they are by far the best we have ever had. I highly recommend them.

They did a very good job. I was pleased with the work; quick, tidy and reasonable price. They also called a couple of days later to confirm the dishwasher was working properly.

I ordered a new front door and side door on April 6 and was told they would be installed within 5 to 7 weeks. They were actually installed on July 3; more than 12 weeks after they were ordered. I had to continually follow up to find out the status of the installation. On the side door, I had ordered a specific type of glass. I went with David because he had installed it at my daughter's house and no one else seems to have it. When the door was finally installed, it had the wrong glass in it. David told me it was quick fix, and would take care of it. After constant prodding; it finally got installed on August 10th; more than 5 weeks after the door installation. Unfortunately, once again, it was the wrong glass. I told David not to bother replacing it a third time; I was done with him. While waiting for the glass replacement I sent him a text and asked "when are you installing the glass on my side door?" to which he responded "as quick as I can". I followed up with "a specific date would be helpful" to which he responded "trying". These curt comments are neither professional nor helpful. My availability over the summer is limited and I needed a specific date to ensure someone was available. Finally, I paid half the invoice when the door was ordered, with the other half due on completion. One the door had been installed however, and after David knew of the glass needing replacing, he charged my credit card for the second instalment. It was only after I told him I would reverse this payment that he finally sent someone out to change the glass. David told me he was short staffed and this caused the delay. However, all I wanted was a firm date which I had trouble getting. The date he finally gave me was on short notice and not convenient, but I took it to get the job finished. As it turned out, it was a only a 15 minute job. I would not recommend this company.

It is true that I thought the front door system would be quicker than the time it took Venting sidelites took a lot longer than I thought they would and my optimism was incorrect.
You are also correct that the door came with the wrong glass at the side door as the supplier made a substitution without my knowledge
The glass that was originally ordered was no longer made by the supplier but we only realized this much later This mistake was not intentional by any means and my offer to you was that you could pick any glass in my catalog regardless of expense and I would be happy to do for you.
This last contract with you represents the very highest quality of product and workmanship that I could possibly produce. I spared no expense on your front door system and it was very important to me that you be happy. Delivery was partially delayed due to the extras done in producing that system the way it was done as I really wanted it to be perfect for you.
I have always dealt with your family honestly and hope the very best for all of you going forward

I have used Raymond a number of times. The most recent issue was an error message which came up whenever I tried to use email. Raymond was able to fix my issue overnight which was important since I was going to be out of town. Raymond is always helpful and his rates are very reasonable. I do not know much about computers so I rely of Raymond's expertise. I would not take my computers anywhere else.

Assisted Review

An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.

I had a seniors condo which I wanted to rent. My tenants had moved out and I needed a to find a renter quickly. My real estate agent suggested staging the condo, and recommended Patrick from Oakville Home Stagers. He made some excellent suggestions on maximizing the value of the unit, and moved quickly to get the unit staged. The end result was an elegant presentation which is what we are looking for. Patrick was able to transform the unit and it attracted a number of potential renters. We were able to rent it very quickly for the price we had in mind. Both my real estate agent and myself believe Patrick's staging was the primary reason we were able to rent it as quickly as we did. I would highly recommend Patrick; he is very creative and professional. I would rate him as a 10 out or 10 Tom
