Bert's Heating

Bert was very friendly and professional about the initial pricing and on the installation of the furnace and he has been very professional in his follow ups when there were problems with the furnace. Bert corrected the issues to the best of his ability as quickly as possible. The Olsen furnace, I would not recommend again - and it is a Canadian-made product. As for Bert he is great and I would recommend him - the problem was entirely with the furnace. Bert kept coming back to fix it, despite the fact that he was not being reimbursed from the company when it was a faulty product issue.
