My experience was horrible. Three different appointments and still they couldnt diagnose the issue with my condo heat pump. On two additional occasions the techs didnt even show up after my appointments were confirmed. In the end when I called another company, turns out their diagnosis of the issue was completely wrong. I was 3 weeks without heat as a result of their incompetence, lack of clear communication, missing apointments and poor customer care.
