Ottawa Appliance Repair

This is to inform you about my horrible experience with this company. This company's focus is just to rip off the costumers. For a 10-minute job which was a replacement of a latch of laundry machine they have charge me $400 and on the top of that they have sent me insulting text massage. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. They have removed my Google review so I think the negative reviews about this company is just representative of a portion of the terrible job they do. I have worked with most of the appliance companies in Ottawa region and based on my experience they are the worst.

Technician "diagnosed" leaking washer as a possible defect in the drain pump housing. He and "boss" indicated at first it would take up to 3 days to get part. I said "unbelievable given that this is a common problem". They finally found one in Ottawa (close to my home) and installed it. From arrival to departure took them almost 3 hours. Basically, they assessed I "could" afford it and charged me more by threatening to make me wait 3 days.

Very pleased with the positive and friendly staff. Took the time to explain everything to me and ensured that I understood what was bring done to fix my fridge. Parts were expensive but would be anywhere. Came the same night and fixed it on the spot. Very pleased with the Le El of service.

Wasn't sure if we would have to buy a new dishwasher or repair it with a company when it stopped functioning properly. We didn't want to buy a new dishwasher because ours had been working very well and we were happy with it. Was also an expensive one, so we had no regrets in getting it fixed and the price seemed alright. Thanks.
