Update: the faucet wasn't attached properly; am making call today for this to be fixed.

Daniel came over shortly after the expected timeframe (I called at 8am, was told to expect service within the hour, and he arrived ~ 9:20). He promptly diagnosed the issue, referred one sticking point to his supervisor (whether or not to turn hot water off to the building, briefly), shopped for parts, fixed the valve and faucet all under 2 hours.

Service was prompt, clean, professional, and courteous. Estimate provide prior to commencement. Labour has warranty guaranteed for 6 months.

Telephone work up was pleasant, date of service was quick and on time. Daniel installed toilet and was pleasant and professional. Will call again for second replacement that will be needed in the near future.

We found Mr. Swirl's workman amiable and capable of quick and tidy work when installing our new bathroom toilet. He notified us when he would not arrive exactly on time, which we greatly appreciated. He arrived at the revised time and worked quickly and efficiently to remove the old toilet and install the new one which he had delivered. His work was done with a minimum of "mess" and he cleaned up any traces of his labor. He was courteous at all times, and explained details of what he was doing. He also gave advice on installing a new tub and surround for which we will not hesitate to hire him in the future. We would recommend Mr. Swirl to anyone wishing a bathroom renovation or repair.

I awoke to a major water leak under my kitchen sink that was leaking heavily in my car port. I called Mr. Swirl and Daniel arrived within 1.5HR and quickly detected the problem and had it fixed within 45min. I highly recommend calling Mr.Swirl as they were quick, friendly and efficient. I was originally quoted $420 but because the job was easier then originally expected, Daniel honestly dropped the price to $350 from the original quote. Thanks Mr. Swirl!

Dino came out for a service call when my hot water tank broke. He was friendly and knowledgeable, and he found the problem right away and fixed it within the hour... thanks Dino

Had a clogged sink in the kitchen. Gave Mr. Swirl a call and they were able to get someone out right-away. Service on the phone and with the Tech were both great and professional and most of all he was on time.
