I had the honour and pleasure to meet Dave this morning. He resolved the plumbing issue we were experiencing in our home. He arrived within the time the company suggested he would. He was very professional and courteous.I would use DS Plumbing again and recommend this company to family and friends.

I LOVED the fact that the technicians were cat people. I normally have to corral my feline when workers come in.

Alex was a great help. Altough we already knew what our plumbing problem was (Our hot water tap was jammed), he quickly fixed it and replaced it, even checking our cold water tap to see how it was working without being asked. I'm an animal lover, and so is Alex and the company, so that is a definite plus in my book!

My wife and I are extremely pleased with the service and quality of work performed. Your on-line booking system is excellent, followed up with time confirmations and updates including info on the technician and his impending arrival time. Dave Smythe was excellent, examining the work to be done and recommending solutions in a professional- yet easy-to-understand fashion. Quality of the work was first rate- all problems solved. We also appreciated the thoroughness of the work, post job testing, and total inspection of our house water supply and drainage system with recommendations for impending work. Dave took the time and clearly answered all our questions. The work was performed in an extremely tidy and clean fashion- fuss and muss free! Overall an absolute top-notch experience and job. We are so impressed with this company. They are polite, professional, hard-working, and trustworthy. Their system of emailing homeowners with a photo of the plumber when he is on his way is so appreciated (especially for a woman home alone). Particularly the owner, Dave, goes above and beyond explaining the work he's doing and educating the homeowner on how their home works. They are upfront with pricing and charge the same for a job even if they run into snags and have to stay longer. After 10 hours of seriously hard physical work, two young plumbers still took the time to sweep, clean the counters, and leave our home in great condition. I have already recommended these guys and will continue to do so.

The work was efficient and effective. The worker kept the area pretty clean during and after the job. The price was right and it's still working great!

Only complaint is no one I talked to seemed to be particularly informative or talkative when it came to additional services or questions for future use. Other than that no problem.

The plumbing company came on time. Two men came to work on the repairs. They did the toilet repair quickly with a small part that cost very little but tried to sell me a toilet that they just so happened to have in their truck that was $800.00. I said no thank you and that was far too expensive for me. The head fellow argued that this was a very good price for that particular toilet. The replacement to the kitchen pipe was done well and the two men were out promptly. Good work but I would not hire them again for them trying to sell me an expensive toilet that I did not need. They lost a customer because of that.

Easy scheduling via internet.
Knowledegable technician came on time (as promised), repaired issue
promptly and provided much appreciated advise.
He completed the job and cleand up everything.

Will use the company again.
