I had the rare opportunity to have owned a Woodsmith-built home, and also experience renovations from the same. Chris is a great person to deal with, and the home was one of the most sturdiest and resilient homes I have ever had. I would highly recommend Chris for work that requires attention to detail, for a reasonable price. Cost is for renos only.
