Mr Manjur is truly a professional and did a fantastic job in inspecting our newly built home. He arrived at the location even well before our appointment, and performed the inspection of our house for almost 3 hours. He uses state of the art equipment like thermal imaging to detect insulation issues. He provided us a detailed inspection report with all the photos in less than two days after the inspection. His price is very reasonable and I'm highly satisfied with his service. I will totally recommend him.

We had the home inspection service in 2 parts since we needed extra work done. The major points for our work were listed and easily prioritized based on the report we received. Once the extra work was completed Manjur came back and was able to locate and validate the work as properly completed for us to renew our home insurance options.

The home buying experience can get a little overwhelming at times. Specially for a first time home buyer. You will meet some people who leave you apprehensive about things and others who you know you can count on for a job done right and your questions answered, in a technically convincing manner.

Mr. Mirza is one such person. He took honest time to inspect everything in the home and go over all the details with me..... (room by room).
Not only did he go over the immediate home inspection criteria, but also gave me suggestions on how to improve existing items for the future life of the home as well as tips on reducing costs.

He is a thorough professional, respectful of his job and it’s significance, specially in terms of the financial implications to the Buyer who may not be able to comprehend technical issues. Excellent and thorough inspection of our home. We had a the double service of home inspection and thermal imaging (our new-to-us house was painfully drafty). Mr. Manjur's inspection was very detailed, he took the time to review all of his findings, and methodically went room to room and inspected everything: the grout, to window casings, thermal views of insulation, vents etc. He provided an initial report on the day of the visit, and then an e-mail summary with 113 photos so that we can make the necessary renovations/changes to insulation etc.
We were impressed with his professionalism, attention to detail. If we were buying another house, we would call him first.

Mr Manjur is a very professional and experienced home inspector. He agreed and arranged time in one day notice to inspect the home I wanted to purchase. He was very detailed and spent almost 4 hours for inspection and provided a very detailed report at the end of it. He uses state of the art technology like thermal image and moisture meter during inspection, I was quite impressed by his techniques. He was very honest about the future issues I might face and how to resolve them although at present there were no major concerns found. I would highly recommend Mr Manjur as an inspector.

Mr. Mirza was very responsive, professional yet friendly when we were booking his service for 30 day home inspection. He arrived on time and turned out to be a detail oriented professional. He took time to go through everything including structural issues, finishing items, exterior, interior, issues in attic etc.. Explained and educated us with pictures and real-life examples on what is normal, what is standard, what he saw in his several years of experience, how to maintain our home, how to deal with the builder and tarion etc. Also advised us on home improvement/renovation and shared some useful contacts.

He used an infra-red camera to detect heating and insulation issues. He provided all the photos and a very detailed inspection report to me.
